Samsung rewards not responding

I try to redeem vouchers using the point i collected by using samsung pay. But, recently when i try to redeem, it keep on loading and i unable to redeem the voucher. Anyone having the same issue?

There were some mild hiccups during our downtime - but you should already be able to access and redeem your vouchers from today onwards.

If you face any issues, do contact customer support and they will assist you with next steps.
