Galex22 not transferring through switch

Bought this phone and tryed to transfer through stwich and its not bringing any of my data accross

E.g Photos, apps, settings.

Photo, contacts, apps, settings, passwords, text messages, call logs. Almost no data was transferred, neither on cable or through WiFi

Hi @pumbasticker, that's strange. I suggest Smart Switching 1-3 categories at a time to see if this helps.

If you can't use Switch, did you have your sim in old phone when trying cable, etc? Need to do this as sim has some of your data. Also if you use Google account, gmail, consider backing up to Google. This is in any case wise for any such transfer.
