issue when taking a backup

Greetings to everyone

When I try to take a backup copy of the images, the Samsung Smart Switch is stuck taking a copy at image number 560, and I do not know whether this image is corrupted or not. If there is a corrupt, how can I determine which image is causing the issue?

* My phone is Samsung S20 Ultra with last update

Did you wait for at least around 30 mins? Sometimes it takes a while to process

yes I waited for more than 7 hours 😅, and every time stuck in image 560

Is this the Galaxy app? Maybe clear the cache/data and try again. Make sure it's fully updated.

Otherwise, try using the desktop version. I've used this recently and it went smoothly

Are you able to identify image 360? If so copy it twice, store in different places and delete original.

Try a different form of backup. In tablet or phone go to Settings, scroll down to Backup and backup in both Samsung and Google options (they do slightly different things).. In those options you can select type of backup e.g. just photos but regardless of the photo problem you really, really need to backup.

Google saves a lot of photos without you realising. To check what is there. In a browser type photos.google.com

There is a really slow way of copying your photos.copy in batches say 50 at a time.

I can't identify that image, is there a way to identify it?

If you have it, have you thought about backing up to another service?

I think Samsung has a deal with Microsoft for One Drive with 100GB at the moment.
I know if you have MS Office you get 1TB of space

Or you could use Google Photos (or use both)
