I have a Sansung smart watch SM-R810I have paired with my SAMSUNG 8+ MOBILE PHONE. HAVE blutooth and wifi. When a call comes in my waych does not ring. Thanks for your help
Hi @jasper-222 and @starp007, there are a few things you can check from your watch and phone settings:
1. Verify if silent modes are disabled.
Do not Disturb mode, Goodnight mode, and Theater mode are silent modes that minimize distractions by silencing your watch. Depending on the mode, alarms and alerts may be silent and the touchscreen may not turn on during incoming calls.
2. Ensure notifications are enabled
Go to the Galaxy Wearable App > Notifications > select 'Show while using phone'
