My Samsung Smart Watch 4 R895 has stopped syncing with my Samsung Galaxy S8.
I will re-install the Samsung Wearable App on my phone & the two will both give me the same sync number. Then the phone will tell me it's getting my watch ready & I will get the circle of dots, then 45% the phone will start scanning for devices & the watch will restart
Hi @ergjam, I am sorry to hear you're having issues pairing your watch. I suggest sending an error report via the Galaxy Wearable app for this to be looked into.
To send an error report for a wearable, follow these steps:
- Go to Galaxy Wearables app > click on the device desired on the side menu
- In the side menu, tap Contact us > Error reports (in the Get help section)
- Fill in details and the frequency of the issue that you have with the wearable.
- Click send.
