Smartswitch backup location

I am wanting to use smart switch to backup my s22 ultra using my windows 11 laptop. All my backups are backed to an external drive as my laptop doesnt have capacity.

I have installed smart switch on my windows 11 laptop but the window to enter the backup location is not working. So annoying. Please help. Thanks

What partition is your external drive?
Also, any chance can you please attach images to show what you're doing so I can try and pin-point the issue?

I keep my Smart Switch backup on a external NAS unit without any issues. :)
