I have a Galaxy A32 that needs a Firmware update. The phone downloads it then fails the install saying take the phone to a Samsung store there is not one near me just "others".
From checking the website I thought I would download the Windows version of SmartSwitch and try that way. Latest download for SmartSwitch from website for computer and latest app from the play store. Both keep saying they have updates even though they are the latest downloads and both still keep saying it after each run of the update.
How can I get the SmartSwitch to recognize its up to date? Or more importantly how can I update the mobile?
