Hi, depending on what lock type you have set, the device will ask if you forgot the Pattern lock or you forgot the PIN code.
Launch Secure Folder and incorrectly enter the pattern or the PIN code. Forgot pattern or Forgot PIN code will appear at the bottom of the screen > Tap on Forgot pattern or Forgot PIN code > Reset. You will be redirected to sign into your Samsung Account > Once you have signed in you will then be able to set a new PIN, pattern or password and finally log back into Secure Folder.
