unable to add photos to secure folder, any suggestions?

Go to secure folder settings and try first to clear cache

it seems that the problem only occurs with photos saved from Whatsapp. Is this true in your case? if yes try to save the photo manually or duplicate the photo to a different folder than whatsapp photos folder.

omg it worked, thank-you so much, any idea why it's like that all of a sudden?
I've moved photos from WhatsApp Folder to secure folder before

I don't know why this problem occurs but I found similar cases in samsung members france and this is the only solution that was proposed

Hi, We are glad to hear that it is resolved. We request you to generate error report by following below steps : Tap and hold on Samsung Members Icon and tap on Error report >> select the category from the below >> Describe the issue and check the option "send system log data" then send.
