Bluetooth query

Hi   i have two smart tags 2.  They are connected to my galaxy phones but not showing on bluetooth as lit kept saying  not found.  When i open the map they are showing at my home address.   Can anyone tell me if these tags are actually linked and i will be able to track my suitcase as i travel.  Thks

Use Samsung's Smart Things to track your Smart Tags.

Hi Dvdcks,

Please check if your SmartTags 2 are linked if they show up in the SmartThings app and their location updates correctly.

Also, check if they’re listed in SmartThings and have sufficient battery, they should track your suitcase during travel.
