Today I added a new Shelly device to my Shelly app. My Shelly app is linked to Smartthings, but Smartthings isn't seeing the new device, it's only showing my previous Shelly devices. I've also noticed that when I change the name of a Shelly device, Smartthings keeps showing the old name. My question is, how do I get Smartthings to recognize changes I've made?
Hi, we would like to inform you that as you login with the Same Samsung Account on the Smart things and the Shelly app on which the phone is registered. Please remove the previous devices from the registered devices on the Samsung Account.
