Ive had my powerbot for over 3 yrs. It still works fine but does not return for recharge. Just keeps working until batt dies. Anyway of a hard re-boot or another fix?
Hi, Please confirm if your robot vacuum is not charging. If yes, please perform the following steps: Turn off the Emergency switch, so the vacuum doesn't start by accident. Unplug the docking station. Clean the charge pins on the docking station and the vacuum with a dry cloth. Then, plug the dock back in. Some docking stations have a red plug icon that lights up when it has power. If this is not lighting up, test the outlet with something else, like a lamp. If needed, plug the docking station into a working outlet. Make sure the docking station is level so the robot vacuum can sit on it easily without tilting or rocking. If the vacuum is sitting incorrectly, it may not be charging properly. Turn on the Emergency switch, and then touch and hold Start on top of the vacuum until it turns on. Place the robot vacuum on the docking station to see if it charges. Make sure the charge pins are aligned and touching, and wait at least a few minutes for the battery to charge.
