While you are in Samsung Members app, go to Samsung Members app front page. Click Get Hdlp in middle bottom. Click +Register and you can register your device from there.

You will be having 3 options to register your device.
Register Using Wi-Fi
Tap Scan Wi-Fi to search for your device through your connected Wi-Fi network, and then follow the on-screen instructions to register. Not all devices support Wi-Fi registration.
Register Using Barcode/QR Code
Got a barcode? Tap Scan Barcode / QR Code to identify your device through the barcode/QR code of the serial number. Make sure you use the barcode found on the device, not on the packaging. When the device is found, tap CONFIRM, and then tap REGISTER.
Register Using Serial or IMEI Number
You can also manually enter the serial number or IMEI to register your device. Tap Enter Serial Number, enter the serial number, and then tap VERIFY SERIAL. When the device has been confirmed, tap REGISTER.
