Remove everything from galaxy a70

Hello,

I need to remove Everthing from my a70. to send it in for repairs.

I used smartswitch to transfer & restores but sensitive data remains

If you Factory Reset the device, absolutely everything should be removed, including all your accounts & passwords. 

You can Factory Reset your device in two ways:

Boot into Recovery & Select Wipe Data / Factory Reset. 

Or from Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory Data Reset.

The device will be exactly how it was when you first received it. 

I'm not sure if your device has this Setting, but search in Settings for "Maintenance Mode", if it does, this is supposed to protect your personal information / data while the device is being serviced. 

You can find Maintenance Mode in Device Care, if it's available for you?

I would like to keep certtain items, I'll check for maintainance mode NO.
Could I transfer items to google drive or samsung account? I guess smartswitch doesn't have it?

You can backup your device to Google Drive & or OneDrive. Samsung Cloud is slowly disappearing, so not everything is backed up to it. 

Passwords are not backed up regardless of which backup you use.

You did start by saying that you wanted to remove everything, and Factory Reset is how you can.
