smartthings voice control upgrade

My tv is linked to smartthings yet undetectable to use for voice. Cant be found while linked to google. .. I'd like a smartthings app upgrade so my tv understands starting up an app and voice recognition for certain shows to play.

Could you please let us know the model number of the Tv and mobile device.

From the phone, when you navigate to Settings >> Connections >> Bluetooth(Turned ON). Can you see your TV under available devices?
