Always on display. Need help..

My s24 ultra isnt displaying landscape mode option. My phone is a business phone so it is run by an organization. If someone could help with getting landscape mode for AOD. Thanks.

My phone is completely up to date.

If you hold the rotate icon on drop down menu, it should give you options for landscape mode in lockscreen.

I cannot find the rotate icon to change from portrait to landscape mode. It used to be on the pull-down menu, but now it's gone. Any help would be appreciated.
