recent apps problem

ia anyone facing this 

im not sure is this feature or glitch

whenever i try to open app from recents 

when i swipe up, it closes app (as it should)

but while Swiping downwards it again closes the app, its just opposite🤔

It's not a feature. Swiping Down should Select the app, not close it. 

You could always Boot into Recovery & Wipe Cache, see if that fixes the issue for you? 

Instructions on How to Wipe Cache:

Power off the device & wait a few seconds. seconds.

Press & HOLD the Power & Volume UP buttons until you feel the phone VIBRATE & Release BOTH buttons at the same time.

Wait a couple of seconds until you see the Recovery Menu.

Use the Volume button to scroll down to "Wipe Cache" & Select it with the Power Button.

Wait until the Recovery Menu Defaults Back to "Reboot System Now" and select with the Power button.

i did removed cache but still same problem

Looks like you are using Goodlock Home up app with mini mode enabled in Task Changer. Mini mode is make 1 hand operation easier, so swipe up and down will close app. If you 1 click on the app will open. So, if you disable mini mode, swipe down will not close the app.
