ia anyone facing this 
im not sure is this feature or glitch
whenever i try to open app from recents 
when i swipe up, it closes app (as it should)
but while Swiping downwards it again closes the app, its just opposite🤔

Looks like you are using Goodlock Home up app with mini mode enabled in Task Changer. Mini mode is make 1 hand operation easier, so swipe up and down will close app. If you 1 click on the app will open. So, if you disable mini mode, swipe down will not close the app.Screenshot_20230228_141106_Home Up_1000024181_1677618667.jpg

It's not a feature. Swiping Down should Select the app, not close it. 

You could always Boot into Recovery & Wipe Cache, see if that fixes the issue for you? 

Instructions on How to Wipe Cache:

Power off the device & wait a few seconds. seconds.
 
Press & HOLD the Power & Volume UP buttons until you feel the phone VIBRATE & Release BOTH buttons at the same time.
 
Wait a couple of seconds until you see the Recovery Menu.
 
Use the Volume button to scroll down to "Wipe Cache" & Select it with the Power Button.
 
Wait until the Recovery Menu Defaults Back to "Reboot System Now" and select with the Power button.

i did removed cache but still same problem

Hi, as you have already performed Wipe cache partition.

Please try the steps by Tallman to disable mini mode Goodlock Home up app and verify it helps.
