David Goggins talks about back stops in one of his book - that gave me an idea to see if I could go further than having a reminder go off everyday to push me to go to sleep (wasn't really working for me - too easy to hit ignore)

I created a Bixby routine that is working for me - screenshot attached.
The routine set to run at times between what I like to call "my weakness hours" If i open any of those apps (Social media, Youtube, netflix, Ubereats, etc) - it plays an audio reminder and opens the camera to selfies mode - a personal message I set and it plays while I am effectively looking in a mirror. This has helped me get off the couch and to bed and I have even lost a fee pounds because I'm not snacking late at night.

This is pretty awesome!
I'm an insomniac and while not yet getting back to am active lifestyle consistently since the pandemic lickdowns began and ended I've formed terrible habits.
This ill try to implement and much appreciated for sharing.
Q: may I ask why you've set the routine to take a picture?!
Also which apps are in your list set to trigger?!
