brightness settings within the notifications panel.

Within the notifications panel, there used to be an option to keep the brightness slider consistently in the notification shade pull down menu, but it is no longer there. Screen shot is attached. 

Please reimplement the option to select this.

In the three button menu on the notification shade when fully extended. Choose quick panel layout. There will be an option to show brightness on top.
