Dark Mode for Galaxy Themes store & themes in general

Hey, is there a chance the Galaxy Theme store will get a dark mode like Google play store? Also for custom themes. I think a dark theme option should be available for all themes in store as well.

Also when opening a note in Samsung notes. It goes from dark to white.

And the Beta app itself doesn't have a dark theme either
