Every reply to every tech support issue is "Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device."
That's a clear sign that Samsung has serious cache bugs.

Samsung has been telling people to clear the cache for many years. It should never be necessary unless you're a developer swapping binaries with ADB or you have trashed files by performing a forced reboot.
