Force Dark Mode

In the developer options, when you turn on force dark mode, it should let you chose what apps you want it to apply to or not.

That's a Google thing, Samsung does not make dev options. send a comment through Google's feedback page.

On top of this, those options are not meant to be used in everyday life, hence the name "Developer" options.
