There's a light bug in the front facing camera app, when it detects light there's a beam of light that covers the subject, just in case you guys didn't know trying to give a heads up before the final release, and by the way I'm ready I need good luck back in my life.
Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.

I haven't noticed this issue at all, and I use the front facing camera decent amount of times a day. I was just about to say to clear the system cache but SamsungUSAbetateam beat me to it lol
