Gesture Navigation Bar

I know there have been countless posts about this so I'll make this one not so lengthy.

Fixes for the nav/gesture pill would be:

1. Make it an overlay without the background.

2. Make it have a chameleon effect to match the color of the application currently on screen.

3. Make the gesture pill move slightly when activated.

4. Force either light mode or dark mode indefinitely on the gesture pill background

Most of this goes away when disabling Gesture Hints.

If indeed Samsung addressed the navigation issues discussed around the Beta program with the official release then I think we should be good as the screen will be fully immersed.

i think this is more of an android issue and not so much samsung. it makes sense that it is anyway
