I still don't understand why I have to put the camera in a different mode just to take video. I would much rather have a basic camera mode for videos and pictures. Maybe use a slide to take video on the shutter button or just a video record button right by the shutter button. To me it's easy to miss opportunities to catch video of something quickly bc I'm trying to find the right mode just to take a simple video.
It's because your phone has four different camera lenses, five if you count the second one on the front if you have a plus model. Depending on which camera lens you're using at the moment not all take as good of quality video. Especially the panoramic lens that's why you have Separate Modes.
You should have bought a different model phone with a single lens if you didn't want that!
