menus have too much negative space

The visuals in a lot of the menu, have too much empty space. The S9 doesn't have the longer ratio and I think visually seeing the room to scroll up and how much empty space is, just feels wasted and unfinished.

I was thinking the same thing as I went into the Device care menu on my S9 a few minutes ago and had to scroll down to fully see the Optimize now button.

I don't think Settings are finished as of Beta 1. A lot of them are missing, hidden, broken, obsolete, and not indexed for searching.
