Messaging would be a lot better if we had a smooth animations for when messages are going out and for when we receive messages if we are still on the messaging app.
I know. I and many others are petitioning Samsung to revamp the entire messaging app. It works great but it could use an update. I don't like comparing Brands but if Android messaging app worked like Imessages, I wouldn't mind.
I personally use Google messages because I have Sprint and I get RCS so it works great for me. You are right they need a revamp or just replace the app with Google. There are many more features with Google and RCS is about to be given to everyone with Googles app so no matter what phone or carrier people have we can message like normal which is highly needed
