The tags app, made by Samsung, works fine on the main sector or partition of the phone. You can add tags like #sunset, #portrait, #halloween, to a photo ultimately making it easier to search/categorize pictures and videos. This can also add to screenshots immediatly after taking them. The app cannot be added to secure folder on Android 9 or 10. I've used Send Anywhere to send the apk to myself and install it. It just says App Not Installed.
