I had an issue like this in the past. My phone would randomly get that report and would automatically restart multiple times a day. Turns out I just downloaded a faulty/bugged app. Uninstalled the app then restarted my phone and it worked fine after that. You should get that checked tho. It might not be the same issue as mine.

Send it, so they can have better understanding on what caused the incorrect restart or freeze of your phone.
