I'm getting towards the end of th road with this fridge. It won't cool below 50 degrees F even though the temp on the wall says 34 degrees. Freezer has not worked since we plugged it in. Milk and meat have spoiled, we have had to throw away a lot of good food. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, was on the phone with Samsung for several hours and they couldn't help us. Time to get a new fridge? Thank you .
