Hi, been using galaxy buds 3 on and off, and sound quality is good except for the occasional loss of the Active noise cancellation feauture from time to time when worn, I mean it's not that consistent since it's not the pro version so I'm okay with that. However what I'm not okay is while browsing through FB i saw a post in the samsung buds 3 group that one owner saw this small line which she did not previouslt appreciate in her buds 3 pro, so I went on to check if I also got that small line. WHICH I DO APPRENTLY, on the right buds, I will not be aware of this if I haven't seen her post. Been using this carefully and have never dropped by buds or put pressure on it. Im sure my ears are not that tight for the size of buds so it's clearly a poor hardware or substandard material issue. Why would a spontaneous small line crack appear just because of the usual wear? This is frustrating since my gadget is fairly new and the price I paid is not cheap for a pair of eaphones. :( Im an avid samsung user and I hope to remain this way however this is just so disappointing. This should be covered by warranty, right?
I have the exact same build quality issue. 2 small cracks on the seam of the buds 3 pro. Absolutely disappointed in these things after owning them for a month.
Haven't dropped them or been rough with them. I still use my buds 2 pro for some stuff too. In fact my buds 2 pro I dropped, slept with, used in -45c weather and +30c heat and they still are working 100% despite being two years old.
Going to be really mad if they deny me warranty for their bad build quality.
