Hey there! Welcome to Samsung Members Community! Explore your new hub for all things Samsung and beyond. First off, have you tried using a different charger adaptor/cable? Let us try ruling out the problem with your charging unit first. If the problem still persist after trying to use a different charger, try on and blow sudden and hard on the charging port, there may be a stuck dust/foreign object inside. Try charging. If it still does not work, do a CLEAR CACHE PARTITION by following these steps:

Wipe cache partition

  1. Turn off the device.
  2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Side / Power key.
  3. When the Samsung logo displays, release both keys.
  4. An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
  5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.
  6. Press Side / Power key to select.
  7. Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Side / Power key to select.
  8. When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
  9. Press the Side / Power key to restart the device.

Also, make sure that your device is updated with the latest software (and do a clear cache partition every after software update to refresh your device's system). Should the problem still persist, feel free to reach us up via the hotlines above. Hope these helps! Be sure to click " ✓ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you. 😊
