Nope. Extreme charging states (fully drained, fully charged) may negatively affect Lithium-based batteries in the long term.

Draining your battery completely causes a lot of issues for modern Li-ion batteries. I recommend charging up when you reach 15%-20%. I also recommend keeping Battery Protect on, which never lets your battery charge beyond 85%, to prolong your battery's service life.
