Clipboard/Keyboard Data Sync

Hello! I have a Tab and Smartphone. How can I enable the clipboard sync across my devices as advertised by Samsung. I logged in my Samsung account in both my devices but it doesn't work.

Yes. Both Android 11 One UI 3.1
