Consegnia and Samsung Customer Service - worst ever

I pre ordered mg s24u last jan 20 and yung hard delivery date niya sa order ko is jan 27. Since uuwi na ko ng mandaluyong ( i initially noted qc as address ), nagask ako jan 21 baka pwede iexpedite. Para di na madelay or what. Sa totoo lang wala nagawa customer service. Puro sila will raise to support, will escalate hanggang umabot na lang ng hard delivery dateee 

Jan 27 na wala pa din. Nagemail consegnia na today ang delivery pero walang galawan sa tracking at wala sila text. Nag ff up ako sa email thread ayun snob na ko. 

So i filed a dti complaint na. May pinili ako section na na violate na feel ko malapit. Nakakaloka reading dito sa community, since s22 pa may issue sa consegnia bakit partner pa din. Ilang beses ako nagreach out sa CS wala sila ginawa e. Hanggang hard delivery date wala naitulong. Wala yung order ko na supposed today dadating. Hay. 

Also ang yaman ng samsung ha. Wag naman sabihin na may influx ng order. Sa yaman di makakakuha ng seasonal riders???

Sa totoo lang disappointing kasi after sales to think nagbayad ka ng mahal. Di lanh sa puro excitement to. Nandito kasi ako sa qc para magpagaling dahil kakalabas ko lang ng ospital and bahay to ng parents ko. And now babalik na ko sa inuupahan ko. Hay. Pero mauudlok bumalik. Wala kasing pagasikaso customer service jusko. Consegnia napaka sinungaling pa

Saakin nga since 24 same padin ang status. And I preordered on the 18th pa ha.... no emails or text if kailan madedeliver

Ako din, nasa kanila na last Jan 26 and their warehouse is just a few kms away sa akin. Consegnia... walang Consensya!
"Fast and Reliable Delivery Service" daw accdg sa website nila...
I will give them 0/5 rating...

Same thing happened. Ordered last January 20th. It states I should get it by 27th, it's 28th now and the tracker does not even move. Really worst partner for a big company like Samsung. To think the issue spans out to 2022.

I pre-ordered the S24U last January 18. Got the email with the Consegnia tracking number last January 25. Using the tracking number, the package is in their Manila South Hub since January 26. 4 days na wala pang galaw. To think na I pre-ordered nung first day it was announced. Tapos I emailed their customer support na nasa website nila, pero undeliverable yung email address. Is Samsung aware of the situation and how can we make them know?

I called Samsung CS to report their inefficient courier. My first time since the past ay either LBC or DHL ang courier nila.

I preordered last Jan 18 kasabay ng Ate ko na taga Isabela province pa while me nasa QC lang. Yung sa Ate ko dumating na nung Saturday sakanya sa Isabela. Yung sakin wala ng update since nareceived ng courier last Jan. 24. It was stated na delivery Jan 27, then naging 29 and its Jan 30 until now wala pa din. I called Samsung and parang wala naman silang ginagawa on their end puro escalate lang sila wala naman nangyayare. First samsung ko pa naman ito dahil apple fan talaga ako nakakadisappoint.
