I'm quite disappointed with the attitude of your representatives, ha? Imagine, I have issues on my phone, tatawag ka, then you'll explain what is happening tapos wala ng sasagot sa line hanggang sa binaba nalang yung phone kasi hindi ako naghang up. Pangalawang tawag ko, ganun din. Pangatlong tawag ko, yung representative niyo, wala man lang empathy statement, napaka strong pa. Pati closing spiel, halatang napilitang magtrabaho.

In 14 years with the brand, pababa ng pababa customer service rating ko sa inyo. Kahit yung service center niyo dito sa Cebu, hindi mapagkakatiwalaan. Tinggal niyo yung Junrex, pinalitan niyo ng Jazzy, same negative reviews din naman tapos wala kayong actions towards the negative reviews. I open it up sa 3rd rep na sumagot, walang proper acknowledgement. Sinabihan lang ako 'eh yun po yung servjce center natin diyan eh' so parang 'wala kang choice kahit madaming negative reviews kasi yan lang service center natin' Gustuhin ko mang ipaayos devices ko sa kanila, mas mabuti pang masira nalang to ng hindi ginagalaw ng technicians niyo kasi the last time your tech did it, they broke my flip3 tapos wala din naman kayong ginawa. 

Nagstay nalang talaga ako sa brand niyo dahil sa accessories ko na puro Samsung. Pag ito maubos, ewan ko nalang.

Scamsung numba 1. Same na same sa ugali ng CEO and delagated heads to answer customers concern.
