Hello butete,

We are sorry to hear about your experience with the Samsung Cloud. Indeed, it has been a long run but we are moving forward to give you better, further enhancing your Galaxy experience.

You have the options to move some of your music, documents, files, photos, etc. to Microsoft One Drive. 

1. Open the Samsung Gallery app settings.

2. Tap Switch to OneDrive and follow the prompts to move your Samsung Cloud Gallery to Microsoft OneDrive.

If you connected your Samsung Gallery app to OneDrive, and see the error message "Something went wrong", close the app, start the connection again ensuring that all permissions are granted.
