HELP! Cannot install any apps in Play Store

Does anyone else have this problem?

Seems like I can't install any apps from Play store and it's really frustrating. Whenever I pressed install, it only shows 'Something went wrong' and doesn't download the apps.

FYI, I saw the same problem in other forums, and this happened when you updated software into One UI 6.1.

Also I do use both Wifi and Mobile data. Nothing works! 😭😭

You need to turn on knox don't just update

I'm not sure about the knox but if you mean Samsung Knox, it's always on by default

Try again with clear data

On playstore app info, try uninstall updates. This worked for me before. Hope this helps for you too.
