The smart monitor that I bought online during 11.11 was delivered with a portion of the screen discolored + red vertical line of dead pixels. It's been nearly a month since I brought it to the service center for replacement but i have not seen even a shadow of a new replacement unit. CS handling is horrible and the people in charge of the repair/replacement doesn't seem to know what they're doing. My experience is sooo horrible and so frustrating I'm so conviced not to purchase any other Samsung product again at the risk of having to deal with Samsung's abysmal customer serivice.
Just to share some details:
1. Apparently, there's only one service center in Metro Manila that can deal with repairs specific to AV/Monitors. The CS rep i talked to sent me to a wrong service center and I had to make 2 trips with a big monitor in tow.
2. Service Center agent failed to take pictures of my documents even though I showed her all docs that I have. This caused my initial request for replacement to take more days than intended.
3. Four people have called me since to tell that my replacement request was approved, all with varying timelines for delivery (3-5 working days, 5 wds, 5-7 wds, then 10 wds!!!)
4. Apparently despite 4 people telling me my request has been approved, nobody took note that I already asked for expedited timings since I am using the monitor for work.
Please pray that I see a replacement unit within the year lol
