Bought the phone S23 Ultra on early mar and attached the relevant docs for the e voucher of $250 but received an email saying 

Unfortunately your redemption has been deemed invalid due to the reason(s) below:

This promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer.

Emailed in a few times but no response? can I refund?

I don't trust their redemption as I came across a lot of negative reviews shared from past phones launches. I cancelled mine that was purchased before 16 mar and re-purchased on 17th as they gave smart watch5.. which is more straightforward. Sorry don't get me wrong I am not gloating.

Yeah.. same for me too. I prefer if they bundle with the gifts directly, instead of voucher.

You called their bad hotline and told them sent email to complain and they will say: email is manned by another team and they don't have access to it, just wait for response from someone living in mars. The drama for me has been going on for more than a month now. Should have just return the pricey phone and move to Apple 😂

Same bad experience. Their hotline was also not stable and keep disconnected and not able to dial in. Their redemption form is so initimidating to read and follow the silly steps. I bet 1000x my daugther can design a far more customer friendlier UX. I wonder why Samsung is so broken these days? They truly play hard to deter customers to get their redemption entitlement.
