I am trying to place an order for Samsung S23 Ultra plus on Samnsung.sg website, but there seems to be an issue with Payment page.

Had the same problem today too for 3.3. Failed to check out but still managed to deduct my rewards points...now I can't get my points back to use it for my purchase

Hi, they will send u a voucher code via email and u will have to go to Benefits and click the section available for only S23 series owners to redeem the $250 voucher code.

Oh u currently haven't received ur S23U yet?

A link will be sent to schedule a pickup in your email when you submit for trade in. U can wait to receipt of s23u then select your available slot. That how I did my trade in
