Yes, it's an automation feature which sometimes it helps you to retain memory, preventing crashes, and make phone running more smoothly.

If it restarts randomly, might be the phone can't handle the loads that are running on it. Could be a software issue, worst, a hardware issue (motherboard or battery).

Do the trouble shooting, remove unnecessary apps or better factory reset your phone then observe if it still persist.

Actually I've done all that But in the end I should say it's the software itself Android 11 is the software currently running in some galaxy devices like my A01 it's currently running in Android 11

Might be, but you can get your phone checked by Samsung CS if you'd like to, I recommend it though. And I think it's free (not quite sure) if the only problem is the software itself, they can just reinstall the software if I am not mistaken.

Your phone model please? Maybe its an overload in the cpu or maybe in your software there was an bug but maybe you turn on your auto restart in your setting just maybe.

It turn off by itself even if it full charge also I usually clean my storage every minute/seconds so I should say that the software ( Android 11 Issues) has bad effects on all galaxy devices with this software
