SupportSteps to wipe cache partition:
1. Turn off your phone
2. Connect it to a PC/laptop (if you don't have one, you can connect it to a power bank)
3. Press the power + volume up button
4. After the Samsung logo appears, release the power button and hold the volume up button until you enter recovery mode
5. Vol up/down to select menu and power button = ok
6. Select wipe cache partition (wait for it to finish)
7. Also repair apps if you have the option (wait until it's finished)
8. Reboot system
*Note: personal data will not be lost, wipe cache partition only deletes the cache from the previous Android.
Hope it helps 👍🏻
