Hi,

I processed a transaction last black friday but it was declined and no confirmation email was sent. But i was surprise that my card was charged. I am seeing that two 30690 PHP was put on hold in my credit card app. Anyone who had the same experience? What should i do?

Contact Samsung customer service immediately, and call your bank to dispute the charge.
