I tried 4 times to use the chat function in the Samsung website but once I'm the in queue, I'm getting chat ended message. I'm on wifi and my connection is stable so it's not the issue. My concern is that my phone should be delivered today but Consegnia hasn't sent me any updates. I'm planning to cc DTI in my email later. I'm on nightshift and it's hard to wait for something that will not arrive.

Yeah, my attempt at chats also end up closed despite waiting. Really bad stuff.

Did consegnia contacted you earlier that they will deliver or you are just reliying in order status?

They replied to my email yesterday that my scheduled delivery is for today, the same target date I have in my order tracker.

Day is not yet over, they might still deliver. Yes i agree, same situation here chatting with samsung expert, too hard to connect.

my order is delayed for 2 going 3 days already. No feedback from Consegnia as well. Live chat also shuts down automatically when it's nearing your turn. So I assume we will receive it 1st or 2nd week Feb.
