SupportPlaced an order on Nov 18, talked to 6 agents between Nov 21-23, 4 agents told me that the order was already shipped, 2 told me that still processing for dispatch.
Deceptive marketing of samsung on the order turnaround times. Tried the store pick up hoping it would be faster. But no! Just cancel my order! I am not happy with your service!
