Philips hue sync app missing

Hello, I would like to install  the philips hue

sync app on my 65" QLED QE1D 4K

Tizen OS Smart TV (2024). However

cannot I find it on app search. PIs advise.

Try the support function on the TV itself. Customer support will remotely connect to your TV to see what can be done. I've tried it with Discovery and they were helpful, however, not all apps we want may be available.
