I was wondering if there is by chance to replace a phone with a new one with the same model or an upgrade my phone started to have issues as months go on especially with the battery and other hardware related stuffs does 1 year warranty covers this

Warranty will cover repair of your current unit. Take it to the nearest Samsung Service Center with proof of purchase so they can assess.

Warranty does not cover phone replacement, they will just repair your phone depending in your phone's warranty T&C.

Its also impossible to replace your phone to a newer model, you can only trade your old phone in exchange for discounts for your preferred Samsung phone. (Discount varies depending on the condition of your old phone)

Is there any chance to convice them saw some people do it. It is still the same model thou instead of repair i prefer a replacement

That would still depend on the technician's assessment on devices under warranty/extended warranty. The general rule for all gadgets is if the cost of the repair (under warranty) is more than the actual unit, the brand may opt to replace the unit with a brand new one. I've experienced it before on my laptop. You can ask Samsung, but there's no guarantee.
