I took my galaxy flip 5 for replacement of screen as it was bubbling.
I thought initially.. repair would only take 2 hours on ee repair centre kn cardiff.. it turns out... no definite timeframe they can fix the phone as and when the parts become available in service centre. Its frustrating, coz if I knew this from beginning, I wouldn't leave my phone there with no definite day that I could get my phone back.
I'm going on holiday soon and I need my phone back.
I contacted Samsung to help out, but nothing else they could but wait.
I even ask, if I can just have my phone back. Nk need to repair it but they won't give it back. I don't know what else to do.
