Recurring Samsung cloud notification

The notification from Samsung cloud "Can't sync your data, your OneDrive is frozen" keeps popping up. I have tried disabling Samsung cloud, uninstalling OneDrive, etc but nothing works. I can't switch notifications as well, only able to put as silent, which keeps showing up. This is very annoying, please help.

I have the same issue. I wonder why there aren't any answers here or in other groups I found. Not the service you would expect from an alleged premium device producer. Is this a nuisance that comes with being a Samsung user? Is this intended to harass clients into purchasing the €7/month premium cloud service? I had otherwise been reasonably content with Samsung so far, but when I'm facing the my next device purchase decision soon, I might not go with the phone that constantly sends you annoying messages you can't disable. Thank you for your efforts.
